One service, done properly
I used to offer workshops, coaching sessions, and strategy packages. Honestly, they all still exist in some form within what I do now. But after years of working with B2B service businesses, I've distilled everything into one thing that actually moves the needle for the clients I work best with.
The Authority Content System.
The Authority Content System
Phase One: Build the Foundation
$3,500 (once off)
Before anything goes live, we get the groundwork right. This is the intensive part, and deliberately so. We only do this once, and we do it properly.
Phase One includes a thorough brand and audience workshop, direct research with your existing clients through surveys or conversations, a clear content strategy and plan, and a full audit and rewrite of your digital presence across LinkedIn, your website, and any other key channels.
By the end of Phase One, your digital presence reflects the business you've actually built. Then we build on it.
Phase One typically runs six to eight weeks, depending on availability.
Phase Two: The System Runs
$1,600 per month, billed one month in advance
Once the foundation is solid, this is where it gets easy for you.
Once a month we have a focused conversation. Sometimes 15 minutes, sometimes longer depending on the topic. That single conversation becomes a blog article, an audiocast, a whiteboard video, and up to five posts across your relevant channels. All produced and scheduled by me.
You only review something when it genuinely needs your eye on it. Over time, most of my clients barely think about it. That's the point.
Quarterly I pull reporting together so you can see how your digital presence is growing. But honestly, most clients stop worrying about the numbers fairly quickly. They can already see it working.
Unused hours roll over to the following month. If mid-month it looks like we're heading over your allocated hours, I'll let you know before it happens. No surprises on your invoice.
A note on how I work
I take on a small number of clients at any one time. That's not a sales tactic, it's just the reality of doing this properly.
If you're looking for someone to hand a brief to and forget about, we're probably not the right fit. If you're looking for someone who genuinely invests in understanding your business and treats your reputation as seriously as you do, let's talk.
